What are we looking for? A Tech Lead with experience in digital environments and Agile methodologies to collaborate on a major project in the banking sector
The main objectives include:
* Lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end digital journeys for account opening within an Agile (Scrum) squad.
* Demonstrate strong understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, microservices, and middleware, as well as system architecture.
* Manage and deliver complex projects in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
* Apply solid knowledge of digital channels (web/mobile), customer journeys, and UX/UI best practices.
* Ensure scalability, security, and performance of digital solutions in collaboration with architecture teams.
* Act as the technical reference for the squad, supporting decision‑making and removing technical blockers.
* Work effectively with cross‑functional teams (business, product, UX, QA) to deliver customer‑centric solutions.
* Manage the squad’s Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Sprint Review, Demo, Daily).
Technical Skills
* Strong expertise in integration technologies and system architecture.
* Proven experience working with Agile methodologies.
* Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices and customer journey design.
* Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex technical deliveries.
Languages
C1 English level required
