Role description
This is a full-time remote position for a Regional Sales Manager specializing in Workflow and Print Automation Software. The selected candidate will engage in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and creating strategic plans to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, conducting software demonstrations, preparing proposals, and providing customer support. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and staying informed of industry trends to drive innovation.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a background in the printing or graphic arts industry who wants to focus increasingly on software-driven workflow automation and production technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage relationships with printing companies, converters, and publishing groups
* Identify opportunities to introduce workflow automation and production software
* Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing
* Work closely with technical specialists and product experts during evaluations and demonstrations
* Position ECO3 as a strategic technology partner for digital transformation in print production
* Maintain an active pipeline and meet defined revenue targets
Ideal Background
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the printing and graphic arts ecosystem, including commercial printing, packaging, labels, or newspaper production. xkdbapo
Experience with companies such as Esko, Kodak, Hybrid, EFI, Tharstern, CERM, Optimus or any other software vendor to the printing industry is highly relevant.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in the printing, prepress, or production technology industry
* Strong understanding of print production workflows
* Self-driven and comfortable working in a field sales role in Spain
