They are empowered to move freely within their workspace to fulfill operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, or share local highlights. The Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
Success in this role requires maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, safeguarding confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around, performing physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Excelling in these duties is essential to ensure guest satisfaction and business success.
