Lea la descripción completa del puesto a continuación.As we continue experiencing rapid growth, we are looking for a mid-level UX/UI Designer with a strong AI-first mindset to help shape both our product experience and design operations.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company where design has a direct impact on product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business growth.About the Role We are looking for a creative, execution-focused, and AI-savvy UX/UI Designer to join our Product and Marketing teams.This role is ideal for a designer with 3–5 years of experience who combines strong UX thinking, polished visual design skills, and deep familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows .You will play a key role in improving the user experience of our platform, accelerating design exploration through AI, and helping scale our design system as the product evolves.What You'll Be Doing Lead the design and continuous improvement of product UX/UI flows across web and mobile experiences.Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready UI components in Figma.Use AI tools for design exploration, rapid prototyping, asset generation, UX research synthesis, and copy ideation .Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer teams to turn insights into intuitive experiences.Improve and scale our design system and component libraries for consistency and speed.Run design experiments and iterate quickly using data, user feedback, and AI-assisted workflows.Support Marketing with visually strong assets for presentations, landing pages, campaigns, and branded materials when needed.Help define better design processes by introducing modern AI workflows into the team.What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Digital Design roles.Strong command of Figma, including advanced prototyping, variables, auto-layout, and component systems.Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, spacing, composition, and accessibility.Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as:ChatGPT / GPT workflows for UX ideation and contentMidjourney / image generation toolsFigma AI featuresAI prototyping toolsUser research summarization toolsAbility to translate ambiguous product problems into elegant user flows.Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. xiphtebExperience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.Nice to Have Experience with design systems governanceBasic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend implementation constraintsExperience designing for hospitality, travel, proptech, or operational SaaSFamiliarity with conversion optimization and landing page UXMotion or micro-interaction design skillsExperience working with product analytics tools (Hotjar, Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude)What We Offer A collaborative, fast-moving, and highly autonomous environmentThe opportunity to define AI-first design workflowsDirect impact on a product used by hospitality operators globallyCompetitive salary aligned with mid-level experienceGrowth opportunities as the design function scales
