Main responsibilities:
* Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
* Determine selection criteria.
* Source potential candidates through online channels.
* Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews.
* Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
* Design job descriptions and interview questions reflecting each position's requirements.
* Lead employer branding initiatives and organize recruitment events.
* Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
* Interpret data and support the team in decision-making.
Academic background:
* Bachelor's Degree
Language skills:
* High level of English (French is a plus)

Work experience:
* At least 3-4 years of experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition
* Availability for national and international travel
