Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market
This role requires extensive knowledge of hunting and basic electronics experience. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The main responsibility is to develop the hunting market by building relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.

* Strong business acumen
* Must be a hunter
* Active social media user (Instagram/Facebook) with a large following is highly preferred
* Experience in retail and store management
* Integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, responsibility
* Proficiency in English

Responsibilities include:
* Develop hunting market, visit dealers/shops, promote the brand, organize display activities, build relationships, conduct market research, and survey competitors and customers
* Identify potential business opportunities and growth areas
* Address dealer and end-user pain points and support needs
* Present solutions to potential customers
* Support marketing activities at trade shows, conferences, and events
* Collaborate with regional sales teams
* Engage in lobbying with associations and interest groups
* Assist in project specifications
* Position HikMicro as the preferred product among consultants
* Prepare reports for management
