Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jefe De Obra located in Marratxí. The role involves managing construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to plan. Daily responsibilities will include planning and overseeing construction activities, managing teams, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring adherence to timeframes and quality standards. The role will also require ensuring compliance with safety regulations and effective communication with clients and supervisors.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Site Management and overseeing Construction Site operations
* Strong skills in Planning to effectively organize and schedule project timelines
* Experience in Cost Control to manage project expenses and ensure budget adherence
* Expertise in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
* Experience in the construction industry, particularly within infrastructure projects, is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
