A client in the hospitality technology sector is seeking an Interim COO with PMI expertise for a three-month assignment. The role involves leading the integration of two recently acquired businesses and driving operational transformation to support rapid expansion across Europe.
Reporting directly to the founder, the successful candidate will be instrumental in merging teams, digitising operations, and embedding an AI-first mindset throughout the organisation. The company is preparing for significant growth and requires a dynamic leader with a strong SaaS background and proven experience in tech M&A; integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration of two businesses following a strategic acquisition

Requirements
- Proven experience in tech M&A; integrations and turnarounds (minimum two projects)
