We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Brand Manager with experience operating in a European consumer health market, to join our expanding team. Women's Health is one of our key strategic global categories with many exciting changes and opportunities ahead!
Scope of the Role
1. In this role, you will be the brand lead for sustaining & managing brands within the Women’s Health category.
2. A key part of your role will be to drive performance through intelligent and efficient resource management, ensuring maximum impact with optimized investment.
3. You will be expected to think strategically and act resourcefully - identifying smart, efficient ways to activate the brands, protect their equity, and manage their performance.
4. You will anticipate consumer trends, competition & new regulations and how these fit into our growth strategy roadmap, actively collaborating with top tier countries across Europe.
5. This position will also support the Global Category Leads on specific projects, such as the execution of activation toolkits, ensuring they are based on the right consumer insights and touchpoints.
6. You will report, track, learn & suggest improvements by analysing the impact on sales of marketing actions.
7. Managing P&L of assigned brands including A&P management and optimisation is a key part of this role along with helping with budget management and tracking process.
Experience Required
8. Ideally we’d like an experienced marketer (5 years +) preferably in Healthcare, OTC or FMCG and someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.
9. Experience analysing market data (IQVIA, Nielsen, IRI,…) & financials (P&L ownership)
10. You thrive on making a difference with sometimes limited resources and enjoy the challenge of finding creative, data-driven solutions in a dynamic environment.
11. You bring natural leadership skills with a proven record as a strategic thinker and equally the ability to execute with excellence.
12. Stakeholder management skills able to influence peers, leadership, executive and local teams are key to success in this role.
13. You bring a proven track record in generating growth through creative thinking, NPD management and 4Ps excellence.
14. A strong drive for results, can do attitude and performance tracking, with strong analytical skills and ability to build KPIs.
15. You are comfortable working independently under pressure and capable of delivering on-time within the scope in a fast-paced environment.
16. Proficient in written and oral English.
17. Moderate travel: 20-30% may be required as business needs dictate.
