Job Overview
Within the customer care organization division of the OVHcloud Group, the Product Enablement team aims to deliver public events like technical trainings on our solutions to our customers, in order to accelerate the adoption of OVHcloud solutions by our customers.
Your main responsibilities :
1. Deliver and spread technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products to our customers during public or private events : Tutorials, theoretical training with demo, Tech Labs, Webinars
2. Create technical training content on OVHcloud products, adapted to audiences and delivery modes (in-person, remote, eLearning)
3. Develop skills and knowledge in one or more areas in order to keep up with the state of the art of OVHcloud solutions.
4. Evangelist role with customers
Your future impact
In 6 months you will have accomplished :
1. You will have delivered and spread technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products in several wonderful cities like Madrid, Valencia, Malaga, Rome, Milano, Napoli, …
2. You will have embraced the role of cloud evangelist for our customers
And in 1 year you will have mastered :
1. You will have developed skills and knowledge in one or more areas in order to keep up with the state of the art of OVHcloud solutions.
2. You will have created technical training content on OVHcloud products, adapted to audiences and delivery modes (in-person, remote, eLearning)
Skills required
1. Excellent oral communication (Spanish and English)
2. Italian will be a plus
3. Proficient in the main pedagogical principles and animation techniques
4. Knowledge of OVHcloud portfolio products or their equivalent at a hyperscaler (cloud providers), particularly in the public cloud universe (Compute, storage, network, Kubernetes, Database as a service, Artificial Intelligence, Identity and access management)
