SAP Service Delivery Manager
As a member of our team, you’ll join as SAP Service Delivery Manager to our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting-edge IT solutions to our clients.
The opportunity
As a member of our team in GDS office in Malaga, Spain, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll be working using the best practices of SAP development & integration to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems.
Your key responsibilities
As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects – being a part of SAP Technical Team. You’ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

- You’ll successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems
- You are perfect at keeping project timelines
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Experience working in managed services or project management coordinating activities of other team members.
- Experience in ECC and S/4HANA Rollout project
- Experience in standard project tasks: Fit-Gap workshops, configuration, testing, documentation, training
- Hands-on evolutive and maintenance task.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong teamwork skills
Ideally, you’ll also have
- SAP related Certifications
- Experienced in one of these SAP areas (FI, MM/SD)
- Project or service management certifications (PMP, ITIL)
- Good level of English is a plus
- Use of ticketing tools (i.e. JIRA)
- Experience in project with SLA (Service Level Agreements)
- Risk identification and mitigation plans.
