Client Lead
to develop customer interactions throughout their Customer Journey Map, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty.The
Client Lead
manages client interactions, focusing on relationship building, lead generation, and deal closing. They collaborate with project managers (PMs) to ensure project success, support various project stages, and meet quality and profitability expectations. They also identify new value opportunities for clients, lead negotiations, and oversee communication during presales.Responsibilities include sharing sales strategies with PMs, attending project demos and management meetings, managing scope and budget deviations, and exploring upselling opportunities. Post-project, they review success, gather client feedback, and identify improvement areas.The role requires familiarity with operational team members, involvement in team allocation, workload management, and communication of team needs. They monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure deadlines are met.**Experience and Skills:
**Large account management experienceExperience as Delivery or Project Manager in Salesforce ecosystemExperience in Salesforce core and/or Marketing Cloud projectsAt least 6 years in business/technology consultingDigital and international project experienceHigh level of English and native French**What We Offer:
