The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions: a global agency that helps B2 B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions. brWe are looking for a Translation Project Manager to join our team and provide support to the Marketing team of a division of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard). brAbout the role: brAs Translation Project Manager, you will act as the bridge between the Marketing team and external translation vendors. You will ensure that all marketing assets for the Large Format Printing division are translated and localized into the required languages, delivered on time, and meet the expected quality standards. You will also manage localization requests, monitor workflows, and coordinate with stakeholders to guarantee alignment and efficiency throughout the localization process. brDedication: 30 hours/week brWorking model: Hybrid brLocation: Sant Cugat del Vallès brProject length: 1 year expected, extendable Main responsibilities: brCoordinate with external translation vendors to ensure all marketing assets are delivered in the required languages, on time and at the expected quality. brManage and prioritize localization requests from the Marketing team. brMonitor the localization workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations. brLiaise with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on priorities. brSupport budget tracking and cost control for localization projects. brReview translated assets for quality, consistency, and accuracy before delivery. brIdentify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices with the team. Background Skills: brProven experience in project management, ideally in translation, localization, or marketing asset management. brFamiliarity with working with external vendors and coordinating multiple simultaneous projects. brStrong organizational and prioritization skills, able to manage deadlines and workflows efficiently. brExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus. brDetail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency. brComfortable using project management or workflow tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar). brAbility to work collaboratively in a multicultural, dynamic environment.
