The Project!
We are seeking a Store Design Specialist to contribute to the design and execution of retail store projects by coordinating technical drawings, logistics, and communication to ensure seamless, brand-consistent implementation.
What will the role entail?
- Participate actively in the planning, coordination, and execution of retail store, shop-in-shop, and franchise projects.
- Collaborate closely with project leaders to support the successful development of each initiative from concept to completion.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers, ensuring all technical and logistical requirements are clearly conveyed and deadlines are met.
- Prepare and develop technical drawings and layout plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand and project standards.
- Support project managers with documentation, timelines, follow-ups, and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
- Receive ongoing guidance and mentorship from senior department members, gaining valuable experience in retail design and project management.

Requirements:
- Educational background in Architecture, Interior, or Industrial Design.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role; experience in retail is highly valued.
- Languages: Spanish and English.
- Technical skills: Excel and AutoCAD.
- Organized, collaborative, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project needs.
