PWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Product Owner) who can bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution. This role combines hands-on QA expertise with product ownership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality deliverables while aligning development efforts with business goals. /ppbr/ppDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases based on new and existing product functionalities /ppIdentify, document, track, and manage bugs through resolution /ppDevelop and implement both manual and automated testing processes to meet client and product requirements /ppMonitor debugging processes and ensure timely resolution of issues /ppMaintain transparency across workflows and proactively resolve conflicts within teams /ppCreate, prioritize, and manage product backlogs and task lists to ensure smooth execution /ppConduct regular reviews using project management tools to ensure alignment across development and product teams /ppAct as a liaison between product teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational goals /ppContinuously refine and reprioritize product features based on feedback and evolving business needs /ppCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are well understood and effectively implemented /ppRequired Skills Qualifications /ppProven experience in Quality Assurance and Product Ownership roles /ppStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes /ppExperience with automation testing frameworks /ppFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management /ppExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills /ppStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities /ppAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment /ppPreferred Qualifications /ppExperience working with cross-functional and distributed teams /ppKnowledge of project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) /ppCertification in QA or Product Ownership (e.g., ISTQB, CSPO) is a plus /p
