Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of consistent and efficient talent frameworks, policies, processes and programmes in alignment with the global Talent COE.
* Maintain program documentation, including plan descriptions, policies, guidelines, processes and procedures.
* Perform talent‑management administration tasks within the team to support Talent COE priorities.
* Assist in creating project documentation such as policies, toolkits/guidelines, processes and procedures.
Qualifications
* Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within the discipline.
* Performs assignments using existing procedures.
* Receives guidance and direction from more senior role(s) or a manager within the discipline.
* Contributions are usually limited to task‑related activities; works within standardised procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
* Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
