We are looking for a Corporate Cost Controller to play a key role in strengthening financial control and acting as a true business partner across the organization.
Our client is an international company in the Transportation, Mobility & Logistics sector, operating in a complex and highly dynamic environment across Europe. They are currently in a strong phase of international growth and consolidation, with an agile structure, a results-oriented mindset and a people-focused culture.
You will ensure strong financial control over SG&A; expenses (Distribution, Marketing, IT, Consulting, Finance, Tax, etc.), Guarantee strong Financial Control over all aspects relating to Selling, Distribution and General Administration expenses – SG&A; (Distribution, Marketing, IT, Consulting, Finance, tax, etc.)
Be responsible for the coordination of the month-end closing, budgeting and reporting processes for SG&A; related cost lines.
Ensure continuous roll-out of Cost control initiatives and optimization plans across the organization ensuring delivery of objectives.
Be a Business Partner for the SG&A; lines with different business owners (managers and directors of the company): provide sound financial analysis and recommendations for decision making;
ensure financial support for planning / budgeting processes.
Hybrid working model (up to 2 days of remote work per week). + Strong commitment to professional development, continuous learning and internal growth. Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Controlling / Financial Audit / Finance Business Partnering
Previous experience in finance or controlling is strongly valued. Knowledge of the airline industry is a plus.
Preferred good knowledge of IFRS/Spanish GAAP or accounting fundaments and understanding of all Financial Statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
Excellent analytical skills with ability to go deep to route cause but also to synthesize and give conclusion and recommendation. Fluent English and Spanish compulsory
