Position: Key Account Manager - Fleet Country: Spain Work Location: Pozuelo, Madrid Department/Team: Sales Network Development Purpose of role: Support MG fleet opportunities and sales in Spain Role Purpose The Fleet Account Manager will drive market opportunities and sales growth for the B2 B channel across Spain. This role acts as a strategic bridge between the OEM and the professional ecosystem, managing relationships with leasing companies, dealer network, and corporate clients to achieve Fleet sales targets and ensure sustainable business development in B2 B channel. Responsibilities Monitor annual/quarterly B2 B sales targets with the dealer network. Act as the primary link with major Leasecos. Monitor procurement, volume, and residual values (VRs) while fostering high-level cooperation links. Acquire new national B2 B customers and negotiate framework agreements with large organizations to secure local fleet supply. Implement and optimize B2 B processes, managing the CRM system, sales reporting, and weekly forecasts to ensure data-driven decision-making. Visit dealers network to promote B2 B sales, helping them develop their local business and ensuring the brand's long-term B2 B goals are implemented. Coordinate with Logistics, Marketing, and Aftersales departments to boost sales and ensure timely resolution of customer/fleet issues. Evolve digital distribution for B2 B products and implement new mobility solutions and business models. Fluid communication with the rest of the Fleet commercial team to generate growth opportunities and improvement actions in the business. Control and monitoring of the results of the commercial portfolio (volume, margin, debt, competition, etc.) as well as the preparation of the corresponding reporting. Maintain an updated knowledge of the market identifying new business opportunities and perform an analysis of the practices and prices of the competition to facilitate decision making and adapt to the needs of customers. Representation of the Company in forums, fairs and events of the sector Maintenance of commercial relationships with strategic customers in the Fleet segment. Collaboration with other business segments and other commercial areas to search for synergies. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the Automotive Industry. Proven experience working for a OEM and/or direct experience within a Leasing/Renting company is essential. A proven, active customer portfolio will be considered a significant advantage. English professional level Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a comparable field. Experience in CRM management and a solid understanding of complex tenders and framework agreements. Valid Spanish driving license and willingness to travel within the region. A self-starter capable of working independently while thriving in multi-cultural team environments. Ability to anticipate market developments, identify business opportunities, and provide tailored solutions to key customers
