Italian Payroll Delivery ManagerResponsible for supporting the operational teams to ensure they are skilled and knowledgeable in meeting client deadlines, while working with management to deliver functional and technical expertise and support to selected clients.
Responsibilities
Perform accurate and efficient payroll preparation and calculation, ensuring timely and correct payment runs.
Manage and support team members.
Maintain, control, and update complex personnel information and payroll data of clients in SAP HR.
Respond to and resolve personnel administration, time management, and payroll cases or issues, escalated by Tier 1 or directly from HR business partners at the client.
Advise and inform clients about implementation and use of employment law and help them find solutions for administrative, payroll‐related, and legal issues.
Act as a SAP HR key user for clients: assist with change requests, functional analysis, and testing of configuration.
Prepare reporting in SAP HR.
Maintain daily interactions with other departments and clients by phone and e‐mail.
Build and maintain a relationship of confidence and mutual respect with clients.
Continuously follow changes and updates in employment law.
Produce regular and on‐demand payroll reports and statistical information.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with payroll preparation and calculation in a complex multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of SAP HR or another HR system is a plus.
Knowledge of Italian payroll legislation.
Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel).
Business Related Skills
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize work and priorities to meet deadlines with limited supervision.

Italian and English knowledge.
