When operational in 2026, the plant will manufacture Edwards' surgical and transcatheter heart valve replacement technologies and will join a global network of more than 16,000 talented team members and five other production plants. Our new facility in Moncada will welcome up to 1,500 dedicated team members by 2029 across manufacturing, engineering, and other professional career paths. Hiring for professional positions has started and will continue through winter and early spring, with specialized training for manufacturing hires beginning in fall 2025.
The role :
Develops, implements, and sustains IT solutions to business problems to improve processes, develop systems and policies, enhance user proficiency, and promote system adoption in collaboration with key stakeholders.
How you will make an Impact :
Leads efforts to reengineer and optimize business processes and systems by assessing needs and developing, proposing, and implementing technology solutions. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business processes within your responsibility. Leads, designs, and implements information systems to meet business requirements. Manages enhancements and projects of small to medium size. Configures and tests systems for features, integration, and reporting. Serves as liaison between process owners in Business Units, Functional Groups, and IT. Trains super-users to leverage IT systems for automation and optimization. Develops ROI-based business cases for enhancements and projects. Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
What you will need :
Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field, with 6 years of related experience, or a Master’s Degree with 4 years of related experience.

Ability to mentor lower-level analysts, adapt to new technologies, troubleshoot interfaces, and escalate issues proactively.
Evidence of continuous professional development (e.G., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt).
Knowledge of Agile frameworks, FDA guidelines for Software Quality, Systems Validation, and GxP processes.
Experience managing SaaS solutions and external vendors.
Adherence to EHS rules and environmental protection measures.
