We are looking for a B2B Business Developer to grow our bamboo bedding business in the Spanish market.
This is a sales-focused role. Your responsibility is to identify, approach, close, and grow B2B accounts.
Brand strategy, positioning, and marketing assets are handled by a dedicated Brand Manager from another team.

Your mission
Build and grow B2B sales for bamboo bedding in Spain by:
* Prospecting and qualifying relevant B2B accounts
* Running discovery calls and needs assessments
* Leading commercial conversations using a predefined wholesale price structure
* Leading commercial discussions in coordination with the Wholesale Manager
* Closing deals within established pricing and margin guidelines
* Ensuring smooth transition from pilot phase to recurring orders
* Managing commercial conversations without deviating from agreed price structures
* Building long‑term relationships with buying groups and multi‑property clients
Responsibilities
* Outbound prospecting and lead qualification
* Sales calls, follow‑ups, and deal management
* Preparing and sending commercial offers
* Coordinating samples and pilot orders
* Managing the CRM and sales pipelineForecasting and reporting sales progress
* Sharing market feedback with internal teams

* Not a passive account management role
You are expected to sell, close, and grow accounts.
Requirements
* Based in Spain
* 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
* Proven experience closing and growing B2B accounts
* Experience selling to retail, hospitality, or professional buyers is a strong plus
* Comfortable with long sales cycles and consultative selling
* Willing and able to visit stores, partners, or client locations when required
* Native in Spanish (client-facing)
* Working proficiency in English (internal communication)
