We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing international team.
As our Global Account Manager, Hospitality, your goal is to develop and execute strategic account plans to grow our business within the Hotels sector and increase our share of wallet in major hotel projects in Spain and the EMEA region. Using proven selling strategies, our brands, product portfolio, local/international network in the Hotels sector, and market insights, you will create opportunities within your assigned accounts. You will build long-term relationships with international hotel chains in Spain and EMEA, driving sales to meet targets and focusing on cross-selling.
Main responsibilities
* Focus on assigned accounts in the Hotels sector, building connections with key stakeholders such as investors, franchisees, and project management teams involved in hotel projects across Spain and EMEA.
* Lead and execute strategy in collaboration with other company resources.
* Be accountable for sales targets and results across the EMEA strategy.
* Use product knowledge and insights to differentiate the company and create opportunities within accounts.
* Leverage CRM tools to manage performance and communicate effectively with the team.
* Develop and nurture strong customer relationships at all levels of the client organization and with relevant stakeholders involved in major hotel projects.
* Manage and guide account team activities and client engagements, collaborating with all regions and teams responsible for hospitality business.
* Develop account and opportunity strategies, including setting aspirations, sales targets, key products, and activities to grow market share.
The role is based in Madrid and offered on a full-time, permanent contract basis.
Is this you?
* Proven track record of delivering growth and driving business in a B2B, product-oriented environment.
* At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles targeting the Hotels sector, working with key influencers in Spain and EMEA.
* Good knowledge of the Hotels sector in Spain and internationally, including major players and decision-making processes.
* Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
* A passionate networker with the ability to connect with design, procurement teams, investors, and operators.
* Self-starter with a dynamic and winning spirit.
* Customer-oriented.
* Native Spanish speaker with fluent English skills; other European languages are a plus.
* Proficiency in SAP/CRM and Microsoft Office.
* Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
