Role Description
We are looking for a Lead Graphic Designer to elevate the brand visually and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
This is a part-time freelance role (10–15 hours per week) with a strong focus on brand design and visual leadership, not just production work. Full-time will be possible within the next 3-6 months.
You will be responsible for shaping how the brand looks and feels across everything we do, while ensuring it performs in a fast-moving, digital-first environment.
Responsibilities
* Elevate and refine the overall brand look and feel
* Ensure visual consistency across:
* Ads
* Website
* Emails
* Packaging
* Create and maintain scalable design systems and brand guidelines
* Work closely with the marketing team to ensure visuals support performance, not just aesthetics
* Support product and marketing teams with high-quality visual assets
* Help shape the visual direction of social content when needed
* Continuously improve the visual identity as the brand grows
Requirements
* Strong branding experience, not just performance ad design
* Ability to balance:
* Clean, premium brand design
* Performance-driven, conversion-focused visuals
* Strong eye for detail and consistency across all touchpoints
* Experience working with DTC or digital-first brands
* Ability to build structured design systems that scale
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick iterations
* Bonus: understanding of social media, ad creatives, and digital performance design
