We are looking for an outstanding Client Advisor (permanent part-time contract 24h) for our store in Barcelona. The successful candidate must have sales experience (essential), amazing client service skills, the ability to achieve KPI results, impeccable attention to detail and exceptional communication skills. Previous experience in luxury fashion is essential.
Responsibilities
The role is focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to store performance. Responsibilities include:
- Provide outstanding client service and build ongoing rapport with clientele
- Achieve KPI targets and contribute to sales goals
- Maintain professional appearance and welcoming presentation
- Be adaptable, dynamic and eager to learn
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in luxury designer fashion
- Excellent client service skills and a passion for exceeding client expectations
- A professional, welcoming character and presentation
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of luxury fashion
- Excellent organisational skills and problem-solving ability
- A passion for exceeding client expectations
- Ability to build ongoing rapport with clientele
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A calmness to work under pressure
- Fluent in Spanish and English
