Job Title: General Manager, Spain

Job Description: To support our international expansion, the General Manager, Spain will lead the start-up and launch in this new market. Initially, responsibilities will focus 75% on start-up activities for 12-18 months, transitioning to 25-50% over 18-24 months, and then fully managing P&L responsibilities as an established country manager.
Start-up (12-18 months):
Responsibilities:
* Develop organizational structure aligned with business strategy for entering the Spanish market and establishing Pod therapy.
* Guide market development, commercial execution, and product initiatives.
* Lead strategic business development, including local partnerships, advocacy, KOL engagement, and digital education opportunities.
* Launch Omnipod successfully, establishing commercial traction and driving category growth.
* Grow the business beyond market rates, aligning with profitability and GM targets.
* Apply entrepreneurial mindset and innovative approaches, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Utilize broad business acumen across disciplines like market access, marketing, advocacy, business development, HR, and sales.
* Think strategically and practically to shape the future and deliver results.
