We are looking for a Product Owner to help us grow our Innogroup IT team in Spain. This role combines strategic prioritization and stakeholder alignment within the fields of Enterprise Software Architecture, API ecosystems, and Agile methodologies.
This is not just a role — it is the engine of our development cycle, where technical expertise meets business vision to ensure we build the right solutions at the right time.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🚀 Strategy & Vision
* Lead the strategic execution and vision of enterprise software products.
* Update the evolutionary roadmap and report on product KPIs and adoption metrics.
💼 Product Management
* Manage and refine the Product Backlog in close collaboration with the development team.
* Define User Stories and technical acceptance criteria.
🤝 Stakeholder Management
* Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team.
* Analyze stakeholder feedback to align expectations with technical delivery.
📣 Agile Delivery
* Lead Agile ceremonies including Planning, Review, and Grooming.
* Ensure the alignment between Innogroup’s strategic objectives and the technical backlog
🌟 Requirements
Hard Skills
* Advanced prioritization techniques (MoSCoW, WSJF, Cost of Delay).
* Solid knowledge of enterprise web development, APIs, and data flows.
* Expertise in Agile and Scrum environments
* Advanced English + Spanish Level (required)
* Russian language skills are a plus
Experience
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions
* Mandatory technical background in enterprise web application development and integrations
