Do you want to take on a leadership role in a fast-growing, global organisation where marketing plays a central role in shaping commercial success? Do you thrive in matrix organisations, balancing global strategy with local execution?

LIXIL Europe is looking for a Leader, Marketing Iberia to drive our marketing strategy across Spain and Portugal. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting to the Leader, Iberia, where you will oversee product management, marketing activation, digital, and PR — while coaching and developing a diverse team.

About the Role

As Leader, Marketing Iberia, you will be responsible for all marketing activities in Spain and Portugal. Working closely with international teams, you will adapt and activate global marketing strategies for the Iberian market, ensuring commercial relevance and alignment with sales objectives.

You will lead a team of 7 direct reports, plus showroom staff and agency partners, covering B2B and B2C product management, digital marketing, and showroom management. This role requires both strategic vision and a hands-on leadership style, as you will be responsible for planning, execution, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to grow market share across Iberia

- Oversee product management, marketing activation (digital, GROHE X, Truck), and public relations

- Lead, coach, and develop the Iberia Marketing team to deliver strong performance

- Drive activation of sub-brands, channels, customers (IKAM & local), and product categories

- Align local activities with Central Marketing priorities (Sales Cycle, Campaign Calendar, A&P; investment)

- Manage local A&P; and CAPEX budgets effectively

- Ensure engaging showroom management in Barcelona and Lisbon with agency support

- Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and other stakeholders to connect marketing to business results

Your Profile

We are looking for a commercially minded, international marketing leader with a proven track record in delivering results and leading teams.

- Master’s, MBA, or bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, or a related field

- 5+ years of marketing management experience, including managing teams

- Strong experience in matrix organisations with intercultural leadership exposure

- Business-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic planning skills

- Hands-on, collaborative, and able to influence across functions

- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office tools

- Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)

- Affinity for technical/durable consumer products
