It's an exciting time to join Pandora as we're undergoing significant growth across our WEEU cluster. To support and drive that growth, the Trade Marketing team is looking for a Trade Marketing Intern to join us based in Madrid, supporting the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal).
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Campaign Materials:
Coordination and management of campaign marketing materials (visuals, messaging, look books, stickers, cut-outs, etc.).
POS Materials:
Stock control and production management of generic point-of-sale materials (certificates, invoice holders, etc.), including coordination with suppliers and tracking shipments.
Campaign Guide:
Translation, adaptation, and coordination with local teams to complete campaign information.
Activations and Events:
Support in planning, material production logistics, and mailings.
New Store Openings:
Preparation and follow-up of POS material shipments.
Web & Social Media Coordination:
Content collection (descriptions, images, formats, news, campaigns) and internal tracking.
Sample Coordination:
Documentation, shipment, and follow-up.
Support in Communication Campaigns.
Administrative Support:
Handling image requests, Excel tracking, and internal listings.
Shopping Centres:
Coordination of campaign banners and distribution of press releases.
Digital Asset Management:
Downloading and organizing campaign and product assets from Pandora Library.
Wholesale Portal:
Updating and maintaining the OneDrive portal for wholesale clients.
Benchmarking:
Monthly update of internal documents with competitor visuals and campaign tracking.

Genuinely interested in the Pandora brand and the fashion/retail industry.
A hands-on, collaborative, and detail-oriented team player with a proactive mindset.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Able to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with Excel and internal content management tools.
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written);
Portuguese is a plus.
