Required Experience
* Prior experience with patients is required. Prior experience with paediatric patients is desired.
* Experience managing multi‑stakeholder projects.
* Prior experience in multicentric clinical trials is desirable.
Language Proficiency
* English proficiency. Spanish and Catalan at advanced level.
Skills
* Knowledge of RedCap and other database systems.
* Knowledge of statistics.
* Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to prioritise and organise project workload and meet time‑critical schedules.
* Can work autonomously but also rely on peers and be a team player.
* Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and thorough attention to detail.
* Ability to write technical and/or scientific content, guidelines, reports.
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability and flexibility to liaise with a variety of people.
Additional Skills of Interest
* Knowledge of transversal issues such as clinical trials or data management is an advantage.
