Communications Lead – AI Lab

Insud Pharma AI Labs is looking for a Senior Communications Specialist to lead both internal and external communications for our AI Lab. The objectives of the communication function at Insud Pharma AI Labs include:
Positioning as leaders in the development of AI applied to the pharmaceutical sector
Strengthening the Insud Pharma brand as an innovative pharmaceutical group and its commitment to AI
Communication and dissemination of internally developed projects, products, and innovations
Gather, process, and communicate what we do in AI Labs to the rest of Insud Pharma and external audiences.
Participate in the definition and execution of communication initiatives that promote information and knowledge sharing within the company and enable understanding of what we do, who we are, and how we work - both internally and externally.
Measure, engage, and manage the community of people generated around the company through social media, website, email campaigns, or events.
Content Creation for Positioning and Outreach:
Create outreach articles (applied AI) for external communication based on departmental work (approximately one per month).
Write content, gather and validate key messages for handling media inquiries.
Maintain the external website/blog.
Employer Branding Plan:
Develop social media campaigns (mainly LinkedIn), including brief creation, copywriting, visual content creation (images, videos), and scheduling of posts (ideally 2-3 per week).
Support colleagues in participating and presenting at external conferences and events.
Select and measure impact KPIs (Google Analytics, social listening/monitoring).
Communication for Transformation (Internal Team):
This includes sessions like "Insud Talks," change management, and important announcements.
Organize internal events: define purpose, write scripts, coordinate participants, and manage vendors (merchandising, audiovisuals, venue, catering) when necessary.
Working with the internal Communications team to craft content that reflects and promotes the company or department culture internally.
Degree in Communications, Journalism, or Advertising/Public Relations (Master’s degree is a plus).
~ Certified training in a STEM field with a strong interest in science communication.
~2+ years of professional experience in Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
~ Proven skills in storytelling, writing, and editing articles and copy.
~ Experience creating blog posts and using WordPress.
~ Basic knowledge of image, video, and graphic editing with Adobe Creative Cloud.
~ Proficient in presentation design and Excel.
~ Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
~ Flexible start time from Monday to Friday (full-time).
