The Senior Auditing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the transparency, integrity, and accuracy of a company's financial information.
Job Description :
Mission & Responsibilities
1. Manage financial audits to verify compliance with contractual clauses agreed with clients (by an independent auditor hired by the client).
2. Prepare supporting documentation for audits.
3. Maintain continuous communication with audited departments/accounts to efficiently prepare reports, lists, and documentation requested in the Audit Collaboration Plan.
4. Communicate with auditors hired by clients to clarify and resolve doubts, and explain the information prepared and presented in the audit.
5. Identify auditable clients with transparency clauses through the analysis of new business or contract signing.
6. Read and understand contracts to identify client requirements.
7. Prepare a technical sheet outlining these requirements.
8. Communicate contractual mandates to the team or account responsible for managing the client.
9. Prepare documentation requested by auditors prior to audit communication.
10. Propose and establish procedures to make the client’s financial audit process more efficient.
11. Maintain the internal control system aligned with group requirements.
Qualifications & Languages
1. Academic background in Business Administration or a related field.
2. High proficiency in English (C1 level).
3. High proficiency in office tools (Excel, etc.).
Previous Experience & Industry Background
1. At least 2-3 years of experience in internal and/or external auditing as a senior.
2. Precision and methodical approach are key qualities for understanding, managing, and resolving audits efficiently.
3. Problem-solving ability.
4. Integrity, personal and professional ethics, especially when handling sensitive data.
5. Effective communication skills, including clarity and appropriateness of language when explaining technical issues to non-experts.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and good time management skills.
7. Ability to work in a team and under pressure without compromising quality and accuracy.
Technical Skills
* Advanced skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
