Position: Enterprise Account Executive (Spain)
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to scale our enterprise accounts across all segments in Spain, helping clients achieve their process orchestration and automation goals in a fully remote setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills in selling technology across various verticals, benefiting from Camunda’s growth model and industry recognition in Process Orchestration & Automation.
You will partner closely with your account teams and regional partners. Our GTM organization is fully remote, emphasizing accountability, agility, and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
* Drive ARR growth through new business and expansion within existing customers, managing complex sales cycles including technical discovery, evaluations, presentations, negotiations, and on-site meetings when necessary.
* Articulate Camunda’s value proposition to technical and business leadership at multiple levels.
* Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Partners to support customer use cases.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of software sales experience in Spain, with a proven quota overachievement in enterprise solutions.
* Experience selling complex IT solutions and navigating multi-stakeholder buying centers.
* Ability to sell to C-level executives in enterprise accounts.
* Expertise in sales methodologies like MEDDICC and Challenger Sales.
* Strategic thinker with experience in account planning and pipeline generation.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
Nice to Haves:
* Deep industry knowledge in BFSI, Telco, or Public Sector.
* Familiarity with automation technologies.
