For one of our main IT customers based in Pozuelo de Alarcón, we are looking for a Channel Marketing Coordinator. This role will focus on updating spreadsheets and presentations, monitoring and optimising digital assets, and assisting with in-store and online experiences. It will involve localising global campaigns for regional needs, helping launch and maintain digital promotions on partner sites such as Amazon and Argos, and preparing performance reports. Collaboration with internal teams is key to managing timelines and ensuring all materials meet brand standards.

Responsibilities:
* Assist the EMEA marketing team and managers in their daily tasks, by updating xls sheets and powerpoint presentations.
* Monitor and Scan product pages, banners, and help update and optimize other digital assets as directed.
* Support the setup and maintenance of in-store and online experiences, following established guidelines.
* Localize global campaigns and creative materials for regional needs, based on instructions from the team.
* Assist in launching and maintaining digital marketing campaigns and promotions on partner sites like MSH, Amazon, Argos etc. and other online channels.
Partner and Team Collaboration:
* Work with internal teams to coordinate campaign assets and timelines.
* Communicate updates and share feedback with internal stakeholders.
* Help prepare reports and summaries on campaign performance using provided templates and data.
Operational Excellence:
* Track deadlines, budgets, and deliverables for assigned tasks.
* Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and quality standards.
* Use Microsoft tools and platforms to support campaign execution and reporting.
Learning and Development:
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to learn about marketing best practices.
* Stay updated on Microsoft marketing tools.
What This Role Is Not:
* This is not a strategy or planning role.
* It does not involve ownership of budgets or negotiations.
* The focus is on execution support, not campaign design or leadership.
* Not a partner facing role.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 1–2 years' experience in marketing, retail, or a similar support role (internships or part-time roles count).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Preferred:
* Experience supporting digital marketing or retail campaigns.
* Interest in gaming and consumer technology.
