Your positionAs a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will join our department at our Barcelona office.
The department is responsible for executing projects involving the implementation of our material handling systems in Spain, Southern Europe, Latin America and beyond.
Working under the supervision of a project leader, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers.Your core activitiesDesigning the systemCreating and developing the 3D designs from sketches to customer approvalDetailing the design to release mechanical equipment specificationsManaging the revision of 3D models and related documentationWork on multiple projects simultaneouslyCollaborate with other engineers and professionals to develop and implement effective solutionsEnsure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required standardFollow the company\'s internal proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they ariseYour profileSuccessful completed education at degree in Mechanical EngineeringGood communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing in English and SpanishFamiliarity and knowledge of mechanical design tools such as AutoCad and Microsoft Office applicationsAn entrepreneurial spirit, anticipating and mitigating project risks, and dealing with issues in a practical environmentA cooperative mindset, enthusiastic to work in multidisciplinaryOur offerYou will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and profitability of Vanderlande Industries.
