Senior professional Project Manager, responsible for the delivery of multiple Hospitality Real Estate projects, including new builds and refurbishments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
* Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
* Engaging positively with customers and developing, growing, and maintaining customer relationships.
* Delivering high-quality services and deliverables that meet our Customer’s requirements.
* Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent, or project manager.
* Acting as the primary contact between the owner and project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
* Producing and presenting reports and proposals to customers.
* Preparing bids for services.
* Managing service delivery for profit.
* Coaching and encouraging employees to develop their potential.
* Identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities.
* Advising directors of any project issues that may impact professional indemnity insurance.

About You
Who we’re looking for :
Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills
* Experience managing construction projects as a project management consultant, owner representative, or from the property owner's perspective.
* Recent experience in the Hospitality sector (construction-related) in Spain.
* Knowledge of national technical requirements in construction.
* Understanding of legislation affecting building contracts.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Methodical approach to work.
* Strong problem-solving, negotiation, financial, and numeracy skills.
* Proficiency in ICT, especially MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work and manage teams effectively.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
* Legal eligibility to work in Spain.
Qualifications
* B.S. in Building Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
