Role: Cooling Commissioning Engineer (Data Centre Cooling)
Length: 12 months - this will be extended
Location: Travelling to projects across Europe
We’re looking for an experienced Cooling Commissioning Engineer to join a growing team delivering critical infrastructure projects across the data centre sector.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading startup and commissioning activities across a range of cooling systems
* Assessing installation quality and system performance
* Troubleshooting complex issues and conducting root cause analysis
* Supporting critical projects with on-site technical expertise
* Performing preventative and corrective maintenance
* Training customers on equipment operation
Systems you’ll work with:
* Air‑ and water‑cooled chillers
* CRAC / CRAH units
* Fan wall systems
* Liquid cooling technologies
What we’re looking for:
* Strong HVAC and cooling systems knowledge
* Experience in commissioning or field service (5+ years)
* Ability to work independently on complex sites
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Comfortable interpreting technical documentation
* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or similar)
* Experience with precision cooling or mission‑critical environments is a plus
* Significant international travel required (~70%)
