Job Summary:
The Tour Delivery Manager will be responsible for developing and managing regional tour manager teams to deliver an exceptional on-tour experience. This includes focusing on recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team to ensure achievement of Collette brand standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop annual hiring and recruitment strategy to source top candidates in the industry and support business growth.
* Training and Team Development: Evolve training strategy through various models and on-the-road coaching to meet individual and team needs.
* Performance Management: Manage team members to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback.
* Skill Enhancement and Marketing Support: Collaborate with regional teams to enhance tours and marketing content.
* This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers, product enhancements, and emergency services protocols.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
