We are a high-performance ecommerce email marketing agency with over 40 team members globally. We handle strategy, copy, design, and automation to help ecommerce brands increase revenue and improve customer experience. We guarantee to generate $50k–$250k/month in additional revenue for our clients, which has led to a growing client waitlist and team expansion.
Role Overview
The Email Marketing Account Manager will oversee client accounts, manage internal teams, and develop strategies for 5–8 ecommerce brands, acting as their primary contact and strategist. You will lead a team (copywriter, designer, Klaviyo tech) and be responsible for executing strategies, managing flows, campaigns, and client communications from start to finish.
* Strategy: Develop and manage email strategies for flows, campaigns, and pop-ups aligned with brand goals.
* Client Communication: Lead all client interactions, including updates, reporting, and calls, building trusted relationships.
* Campaign Management: Create campaign calendars, oversee creative and technical implementation, and ensure timely, error-free deployment.
* Flow Optimization: Manage and improve automated flows through review and testing.
* Team Leadership: Manage your team, delegate tasks, and maintain high standards.
* Revisions & QA: Handle revisions promptly and personally QA all assets before delivery.
* Ownership & Communication: Take responsibility for client wins and losses; communicate proactively.
* Client-Obsessed & High Standards: Care deeply about client success and quality.
* Strategic Thinking & Communication Skills: Think ahead, bring ideas, and communicate effectively in English.
Qualifications include experience in ecommerce email marketing strategy, full-time availability during US EST hours (9am–5pm), organizational skills, leadership, project management, and ability to QA creative assets. The role is 100% remote, with compensation starting at $3,500 USD/month, negotiable based on experience.
