You will design, conduct, and analyze user research studies using both
qualitative and quantitative methods
, providing actionable insights to enhance the digital user experience.
Proven experience in
Research
, quantitative (surveys, data analysis, behavioral metrics) methodologies.Strong command of Excel
, with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data effectively.Fluent in German and English
(spoken and written).Spanish
is considered a plus.
