Your role in the team
As a Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager, you act as the primary operational contact for our customers. You oversee service delivery processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining strong and long‐term customer relationships.
Your Responsibilities
* Act as the main operational contact for all project‐related topics and customer inquiries
* Monitor and evaluate service delivery performance to ensure efficient and cost‐effective operations
* Identify optimization opportunities and initiate improvements in processes and services
* Manage customer expectations during project transitions and ensure a smooth transition into Business As Usual operations
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and continuously improve service delivery
* Prepare regular reports on service performance metrics and customer feedback
* Provide guidance and support to customers throughout their service lifecycle
What We Expect From You
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring with a focus on quality and deadlines
* Proactive mindset with the ability to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions
* Customer‐oriented approach with the ability to build strong relationships and ensure high service quality
* German and/or Spanish language skills are a strong advantage
