Job Description Summary
The Ultrasound & PCS Services Marketing apprentice will support the strategy and commercial activation of all components of our Ultrasound & PCS Services business across the International region, including the launch of new products and service offerings for the Ultrasound/PCS product portfolio. The Apprentice will be part of the International Service Marketing team and work closely with the Ultrasound & PCS Service Marketing Leaders. This position will support the Ultrasound and PCS Services Marketing Leaders in generating incremental growth in our existing ~$380M business line in EMEA, APAC, LATAM through the maintenance of existing offerings and the implementation of new offerings in partnership with Product Marketing, Services Operations, and Services Sales teams. The offerings include service contracts, equipment upgrades, probe care services, consumables & accessories promotion through service channels and digital capabilities.
Essential Responsibilities
* Launch new product and service offerings to answer customer needs in partnership with the marketing manager for direct and indirect channels.
* Analyze competitors’ service offerings to support differentiated positioning.
* Create promotional content and deliver multichannel campaigns (telesales, online marketing, eCommerce, direct sales).
* Develop sales tools, train, and assist our commercial teams to support their customer‑facing activities.
* Maintain commercial tools to ensure the service offering can be fully activated by the regional teams.
* Work with the equipment marketing and service delivery teams to define and execute lifecycle campaigns.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Candidates must have finished their degree or equivalent in the last 3 years and must not have had this type of contract previously.
* The contract length is up to 12 months.
* Marketing background (Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience).
* Scientific background is a plus (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Bio‑engineering).
* Team oriented: ability to work well with diverse, global, and cross‑functional teams.
* Demonstrate oral and written communication skills.
* Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
* Interest in the medical industry.
* Strong analytical and process skills.
