To oversee and manage the delivery of ASK4’s Client Programme across the UK and EU, managing a dedicated project team. This role focuses on effective programme management, detailed reporting, and strong senior client engagement. Managing both commercial complexities and the full project lifecycle, from ensuring pre-installation works are on track through to successful handover to the Customer Care team. In addition, the role will involve supporting the Growth team with pre-sales activities, where insight into our Project Management capabilities is required.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Oversee the UK and EU client programme, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, with up-to-date project plans and schedules
- Manage and support a team of project managers, ensuring performance feedback, professional development, and process adherence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio clients, maintaining strong relationships and managing escalations, contract issues, and delivery expectations.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, proactively addressing delays, dependencies, and blockers.
- Identify and manage risks and issues across the programme, maintaining logs and escalating critical concerns to senior leadership as needed.
- Allocate resources and manage budgets across the programme, including tracking invoices and resolving variations or budget overruns.
- Drive continuous improvement of programme management processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on programme status, financials, risks, and issues; ensure accurate documentation and smooth project handovers.
- Support the Growth team during pre-sales activities, including attending client meetings and contributing to tender responses
- Ensure project teams coordinate effectively with other departments to meet lead times, and proactively resolve cross-functional dependencies.
- Proven project management experience delivering complex projects to time, scope, and budget.
- Line management or leadership experience, including team development and performance management.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an IT, telecommunications, or Internet service environment.
- Experience managing suppliers and third-party contractors.
- Confident working with senior technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong process creation, documentation, and improvement skills.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Risk and issue management experience, including escalation and resolution.
- Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends during peak periods.
- Financial oversight of projects, including budget tracking and invoice validation.
Pay: 50,000.00€ - 55,000.00€ per month
