Location: Lanzarote, Canary Islands (Spain)
Salary: €85,000 – €95,000 + variable

We are currently leading the search for a General Manager for a marina and shipyard project focused on the superyacht segment .
This is a highly strategic role, with a strong focus on business development, international relationships, and market positioning, rather than purely operational management.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive business development within the superyacht sector
* Build and maintain relationships with:
* Superyacht captains
* Yacht management companies
* Brokers and key industry stakeholders
* Actively attract large yachts to the marina and shipyard
* Position the marina as a competitive destination within the international market
* Represent the company in key industry environments (events, networking, etc.)
* Ensure coordination with operational teams to deliver high-quality service
Profile Requirements
We are looking for professionals with solid experience in the superyacht ecosystem, ideally coming from:
* Superyacht captains
* Shipyard / refit / maintenance companies
* Marina management (with strong presence of large yachts)
Key Skills
* Strong commercial mindset and ability to generate business
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience in international environments
* Strategic thinking combined with execution capability
* High level of autonomy and proactivity
Languages
* Fluent English is mandatory
* Spanish is a plus
* Other languages are a plus
