Experteer Overview As CTO, you will set Kantox's long-term technology vision and lead the AI-assisted development program to boost efficiency and quality. You will mentor the Head of Engineering and scale the engineering organization while modernizing legacy systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align technology with business goals and ensure secure, high-performing platforms. - Define and communicate the long-term technology vision for Kantox
- Drive AI-assisted development with governance and measurable impact
- Modernize tech stack and move away from legacy infrastructure
- Remove blockers to improve developer velocity through better systems and workflows
- Establish scalable methods for resource allocation, prioritization, and performance measurement
- Mentor the Head of Engineering and support scaling the team

- Proven experience as CTO or VP of Engineering in a scale-up (50–100+ engineers)
- Strong technical foundation in architecture, distributed systems, and AWS
- Hands-on leadership with mentoring capability
- Experience modernizing legacy systems and managing technical debt
- Data-driven decision making for resource allocation, prioritization, and performance
- Strong communication skills and experience in remote-first settings
- Ability to operate in post-acquisition or matrixed structures
