This on-site role is ideal for a professional with 1–3 years of experience in the aviation spare parts and aftermarket industry, supporting commercial airlines.The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in aviation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build customer relationships while supporting sales activities for aircraft spare parts, component solutions, and aftermarket services. Key Responsibilities

Support sales efforts for aviation spare parts and aftermarket solutions serving commercial airlinesDevelop and maintain relationships with airline customers, MROs, and industry partnersPrepare and follow up on RFQs, quotations, and customer inquiries in a timely mannerCoordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, availability, and order fulfillmentIdentify new business opportunities and help expand existing customer accountsMaintain CRM records, sales activity updates, and customer communication historyMonitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity within the aviation aftermarket sectorAssist in achieving sales targets and overall business growth objectives Qualifications1–3 years of experience in aviation spare parts, aircraft components, aftermarket sales, or a related aviation commercial roleUnderstanding of the commercial airline aftermarket environmentStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferredSelf-motivated, professional, and eager to grow within the aviation industry Why Join UsOpportunity to grow within a dynamic aviation aftermarket businessExposure to commercial airline customers and international market opportunitiesCollaborative environment with strong potential for professional developmentOn-site position based at our Madrid headquarters Interested candidates are encouraged to apply or reach out directly to learn more.
