At LHH, we are currently looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join a leading global organization operating in the scientific and healthcare solutions space. Key Responsibilities
* Act as a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers.
* Manage the full customer service lifecycle, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
* Handle customer requests, process orders, and prepare quotations with high accuracy.
* Maintain and update customer records in CRM and ERP systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve any issues proactively.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-ups.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization.
Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 year of experience in customer service, ideally in a multinational or shared service center environment.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms is an advantage.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
