Role Description
* Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 5+ years in a senior or lead designer role
* Strong portfolio demonstrating creative abilities, technical skills, and versatility across different design projects
* Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Apps: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma)
* English skills - min. C1 (must have)
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
* Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
* Experience in both print and digital design
* Perfectly organized
* Ability to find the solutions
* Attention to Detail
Nice To Have
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for design purpose)
* Knowledge of UX/UI
Requirements
* Collaborate with project managers, and other team members to deliver visually appealing and effective designs.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
* Review projects before final submission to ensure they meet technical requirements, including resolution, colour accuracy, file format, and overall consistency.
* Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and inspire creativity
