INSUD PHARMA is undertaking a global project to implement and migrate its SAP ECC management system to S4/HANA. We seek an SAP PP-PI Expert Consultant to collaborate in this implementation by analyzing, supervising, and delivering solutions together with external partners working on the project. The consultant will liaise with key users, control project execution within their area, and ensure quality and adherence to the Core Model defined for INSUD PHARMA.
What are we looking for?
The SAP Basis Administrator provides first-level technical support on the company's SAP systems, ensuring optimal operation through preventive maintenance, continuous monitoring, incident management, user administration, and participation in system upgrades or new product installations. Collaborate with different teams to ensure continuity of service and contribute to digital transformation projects within a specialized SAP technology service environment.
Specific responsabilities:
* Provide preventive, planned, and corrective technical support for SAP systems (NetWeaver, S/4 HANA, Business Objects).
* Manage and maintain optimal SAP system performance.
* Administer SAP landscape transports, jobs, printers, and print queues.
* Create, maintain, and manage users, profiles, and roles (including GRC tool; user/role lock and unlock).
* Monitor performance and availability of SAP systems.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and manage SAP Basis support tickets.
* Implement new SAP releases, patches, products, and software/certificate upgrades.
* Perform basic monitoring, database backup, and recovery tasks (Hana, Oracle, etc.).
* Create and maintain standard operational procedures (SOP) in collaboration with the Quality Assurance area.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and during audit processes, participating in digital transformation projects.
What do you need?
* Basic knowledge of operating system administration (Linux/Windows) and databases (HANA, Oracle, etc.)
* Database communication: Configure and maintain communication between databases, manage memory, and handle the exchange of business data, including integrations with external systems.
* Understanding of SAP architecture (On-Premise, Cloud, and hybrid models).
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Communication and teamwork skills.
