Responsibilities
* Lead Digital Transformation Projects : Oversee and manage digital transformation projects aimed at enhancing demand planning processes, including implementing advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
* Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with various departments, including IT, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into demand planning. Foster collaboration and communication among teams to achieve project goals.
* Enhance Data-driven Decision Making : Utilize data analytics and digital tools to provide insights and support decision-making processes, ensuring demand planning decisions are based on accurate and timely data.
* Drive Innovation : Promote a culture of innovation within the demand planning team by encouraging exploration and adoption of new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
* Manage Change : Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions, providing training and support to help team members adapt.
* Monitor Performance : Measure the success of digital transformation initiatives by reviewing performance data regularly and identifying areas for improvement.
About You

* Basic Technical Knowledge : Understanding of digital technologies, data analytics, and AI concepts to contribute effectively to digital transformation projects.
* Willingness to Learn : A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies, open to training and development.
* Supportive Role : Ability to assist senior team members in executing digital initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and documentation.
* Communication Skills : Ability to articulate digital transformation strategies clearly, conveying complex concepts understandably to stakeholders.
* Basic Project Management : Understanding of project management principles to support planning and execution.
* Digital Fluency : Comfort with using digital tools and platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
* Fluent in English is a must.
