In this role, you will manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients, driving adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes from our language learning and corporate training solutions. brYou will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve their learning and performance goals while identifying opportunities for renewal, expansion, and long-term partnership growth. brWhat You'll Do brBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across Italian mid-market and enterprise organisations. brLead customer onboarding and guide clients through structured adoption and enablement journeys. brMonitor engagement and performance metrics, presenting insights that demonstrate ROI and business impact. brOwn the renewal process, proactively managing risks and collaborating with Sales on account strategy. brIdentify upsell and expansion opportunities aligned with customer needs and strategic priorities. brDeliver data-driven recommendations to influence learning strategies and customer decision-making. brShare customer and market insights with Product, Sales, and Marketing to shape roadmap and go-to-market strategy. brStay up to date with trends in corporate learning and Ed Tech within the Italian market. brDevelop customer success stories, case studies, and advocates to showcase impact and outcomes.
